Opportunities for Long-Term Investment and Dow Average Index

A long-term investment is when the term of the facility is beyond eight years. Within that time you can expect an optimal and maximum performance with the invested capital, so that long-term investments are profitable. An important aspect of long-term investment, however, is not to attack "the money" in order to provide for any financial shortfalls within the applied time period.

Long-term investments are on the agenda, especially on the savings funds market. Generally, savings funds have either a pension or a capital structure. The savings fund has several advantages for investors who have just come through the long-term investment.

At most times, the fund shares purchased for low prices give the customer more shares of a fund. And long-term fluctuations on the market are compensated, so that the risk of the fund is not so high.
Of course, the income is important for the type of funds you choose. Those who do not want to use large amounts can invest small amounts in various funds, which can cause the risk ratio to also be scattered. The savings account is also a long-term investment, but a savings account is just not worthwhile because of the low interest.

Long-term investments in various funds would be equity funds, hedge funds and mutual funds, to name a few. Stock funds have the biggest potential returns in the long-term investment area. However, one should only create an equity fund with a minimum term of 20 years, as this is the volatility that can be balanced best on the stock market. You should also create stock funds in different countries and industries to minimize the risk of loss. The stock funds with good returns are the same as the stock funds with poor returns.

But equity funds are generally associated with high risks, so if you want to play safe, you should rather invest in a bank savings plan.
image of dow average.
An equity fund invests in company shares, so the shareholder contributes to the overall economic development of the company directly. The dividend is paid annually.

Pension funds are an alternative to the bank savings plan and equity funds. They usually generate less than an equity fund, but are also associated with lower risks. The pension fund invests in fixed income securities, i.e. in corporate or government bonds. The interest is calculated on an annual basis.

The hedge fund is an investment fund and therefore is not subject to any capital investments - a major advantage of the hedge funds -. However, this fund presents a greater risk than a normal mutual fund. The possibilities are huge for the investor as the hedge funds return money in the long term. What capital will be invested in the funds and the duration are specified in the contract.

There are many different investment options associated with different risk characteristics when it comes to mutual funds. Generally, the distinction between open and closed funds is made when it comes to investment funds. The open fund is not limited to certain number of investors and the investment amount is not predetermined. In a closed investment fund, the exact size of the fund is established in advance. The funds are closed if the specified value is reached. Ship funds and some real estate funds are traded as closed-end investment funds.

The right investment is a key criterion for personal investment success. The investment possibilities should be examined carefully due to the different investment objectives and the periods. Indexes like Dow Average should be monitored constantly. A long-term investment should start with an individual needs assessment and an investment fund comparison should be made by an expert.

Roasting Coffee

By roasting the beans and flavors develop fully. Green coffee has no taste. At 220-250 ° C for 12-15 minutes in a rotating drum, it will surely change. And it is in the hands of the roasting maestro which will determine the nuances of flavor and change it. 2-3 weeks after roasting of coffee, it is stored at room temperature. For longer storage, it must be vacuum packed and frozen.

Only through the roasting that coffee develops its characteristic aroma. Without this, there would be no burning or roasting. It is important that the bean roasting process has constant movement. This does not only guarantee uniform roasting of the batch, but also prevents fire and burn to the beans. Immediately after roasting, the beans are on special screens preferably with air or sprayed with water to cool down. The more rapidly cooled the roasted beans are, the better.

During the roasting process chemical reactions happen due to the high temperatures. The strength, shape, protein and moisture change. Sugar and various acids are formed, while others are degraded. The original cell structure of the bean is dissolved.

Protein is broken down into peptides and these stand out as oils. Moisture and carbon dioxide evaporate and roasting stronger forms the carbon.

Aromatherapy oils, essence or coffee oil

The flavoring oils coffee essence are highly volatile and support the typical aromas and flavors, and since they are water soluble, they come to properly brewed coffee
Validity

Oxygen and light are the greatest enemies of the roasted beans, because they can oxidize almost immediately after roasting.
Roast - roast

Light or dark roast

The darker the roast, the lower the quality, and the stronger, the more you lose the character of the beans.
The following specifications are common to the different degree of roast:

Light roast = pale or cinnamon - roasting

Average roast = American roasting

Strong roast = light French roast, Viennese roast

Double roast = Continental - roast, French roast

Italian roast espresso =  roasting
Coffee blends

There is no reason to mix light and dark roasted coffee. However, it should be noted that some degree of roast for some types of coffee are not suitable and that one or the other type of coffee is better at certain times of day or night.

It would be a waste to roast an Ethiopian coffee strong, because it would lose the originality of his character. Likewise, it would be a shame for Yauko Selecto or Kona  to undergo a dark roast , because they would lose their classic aroma.

Other quality beans benefit from a strong roasting and this will add a new, interesting note. Mexican coffee tastes sweet and exciting when it is roasted strong. Some types of coffee preserve its fruity aroma despite strong roasting like the Guatemalan Antigua.

Other types of coffee are more difficult to handle. Coffees from Sumatra, for example, are very full-bodied, but have relatively low acidity. In  roasting, the acids are lost, while the flavor is rather sweet.

How to Choose a Diamond for Earrings

Diamonds are women’s best friends. They give women splendor and wealth. But did you know that the diamond was considered an evil stone in the thirteenth century and that St. Louis banned the divine pleasure of wearing diamonds? The world had to wait for Agnes Sorel, the mistress of Charles VII, who released the diamond from the purgatory and imposed it as a beautiful decoration for women. The diamond fashion was launched.

Two centuries later, the diamond became the stone of declarations of love. A symbol of purity, courage and commitment, it became a talisman of spouses and inevitably a stone of reconciliation when the first storms came.

The famous 4Cs of the jeweler
The 4Cs of the jeweler are:
Cut - size

Color

Clarity - purity

Carat

The cut

People have long focused on the polishing of diamonds. It was not until the fourteenth century that this process was invented and the modern term of cut of the so-called "brilliant" was introduced in 1910. It was sought to achieve the maximum brilliance of the stone, even at a volume loss of up to 70% of its gross weight. This was considered a heresy in old times! A perfectly round shape was sought, so it had 32 facets. A facet is a small flat and polished face of a diamond. When a diamond is cut, the light is reflected from one facet to another and then dispersed to the top of the gem. A stone that is well cut is more sparkling. Do not mistake the size for the shape.

The shape of the diamond is also important, apart from the size. Diamonds can be cut into many shapes, depending on the nature of the rough stone and the position of inclusions: princess, heart, pear, emerald, etc…

Color

When you think of diamonds, you think white transparent, colorless. It is precisely the absence of color that allows the diamond to scatter light like a prism, letting it pass freely through the gem and turning it into a rainbow of colors. The scale below indicates the degree of color - the top is the absence of color while the bottom is lightly tinted. The difference between the colors is very subtle, as indicated by the numbers in each category.

The diamond which can be used for diamond hoop earrings has the highest brightness of all gemstones. Nothing should block the passage of light through the stone. The purity of a diamond must meet four criteria: the number, size, type and location of inclusions. The fewer inclusions, the higher is the value of the diamond. Inclusions derive from a natural process. They are considered to be impressions left by nature. A jewelry expert can only assess the purity of a diamond under a ten-fold magnifying glass. The micro-inclusions do not affect the beauty or the durability of the stone.

Here are the seven international groups which define the purity of a diamond:
IF                                Internally flawless

VVS 1 - VVS 2          Very very small inclusions

VS 1 - VS 2                Very small inclusions

SI 1 – SI 2                   Small inclusions

P 1                               Pique

P 2                               Pique II

P 3                               Pique III

Carat

The size of a diamond is measured in carats and of course, the dream is to have the largest and purest carat. One carat is divided into 100 points - a 75-point diamond has a weight of 0.75 carat. Of course, size is the most important factor in the evaluation of a diamond. One carat weighs 0.20 g. A small diamond with a perfect cut, color and clarity is the most spectacular jewel.

How to maintain your diamond

Once you have purchased a precious jewel from a diamond earrings shop, you must preserve its appearance. Diamonds get dirty and collect dust.

Follow these tips to maintain the beauty of your diamonds.

Bath of detergent

Pour mild liquid soap in a small bowl with warm water. Clean the jewelry with an eyebrow brush and then place it in a small tea strainer before rinsing it with warm water under the tap. Gently dry it with a soft lint-free piece of cloth.

Bath of cold water

Make a half-half solution of cold water and ammonia. Soak the jewelry in it for 30 minutes before gently cleaning it around the crimp with an eyebrow brush. Dip it in the solution one last time then wipe it with a tissue.

Ultrasonic cleaner

There are several products of this type on the market, which allow you to clean your jewelry in a few minutes by immersing it in a liquid.

The Barrett Browning Daffodil Cheap Flower Delivery

Wild daffodils come mostly from Spain and North Africa. Thousands of varieties have been born since the sixteenth century and the list grows every year. The name of “narcissus” comes from Greek mythology and refers to the character of Narcissus.

Species and varieties

Horticultural daffodils are classified according to the shape of their flowers, which can be double, trumpet-shaped, like small cups, etc…

image of Barrett Browning.
The Barrett Browning narcissus is one small cup narcissus also known as N. poeticus. The Rockall variety belongs to the same group; it is provided with white petals and an almost red cup. The Verona and Polar Ice varieties are all white. N. poeticus has the largest flowers of the same color.

The Berlin variety is the most beautiful of all large cup daffodils with its yellow petals and flat and very curly orange crown. The Ice Follies variety, which is characterized by white petals and a flat lemon yellow crown which becomes pure white, offers a refreshing sight. The Romance variety with its pure white petals and pink crown also brings a nice touch of romance to the garden.

Other daffodils have several flowers per stem. They create a beautiful effect of mass and bloom late in May. Among them, Cheerfulness daffodils can have two or three flowers. They have white petals and a double white and yellow cup. The Geranium variety is provided with three to five white petals contrast beautifully with the bright orange cup. Scarlet Gem daffodils have flowers (between three and five) with bright yellow petals and orange cups. Finally, the Winston Churchill variety has three to five white flowers per stem and an orange crown.

Planting

The bulbs must be planted early in September or October to take root before winter. The bulbs should be thrown on the ground and planted wherever they fall in order for the planting to have a natural look.

Associations and uses

Plant them in large groups in front of deciduous shrubs or between perennials. The foliage of the latter will fill the void left by the faded daffodils.

Care

Once they have faded, cut the flowers without touching the foliage, which will turn yellow a month later. The bulbs need their nutrient reserves for the leaves to grow. Leave them in the ground undisturbed for several years for the tufts to grow. Daffodils sometimes flower less after four to five years because the bulbs interfere in the process. In this case, proceed to their division. You can also send flowers cheap as a gift.

Multiplication

Remove the clumps from the ground in July or August. Separate the bulbs and replant them immediately.
The identity card of the Barrett Browning narcissus

Family: Amaryllidaceae.

Size: These plants can reach 40 to 50 cm in height when flowering.

Distance and planting depth: Bury the tip of the bulb 10 cm deep. The planting distance depends on the desired effect and may vary from 10 to 20 cm.

Growth: It is fast. The growing season of the bulb lasts from March to June. Then the foliage turns yellow and the bulbs enter a rest period.

Aspect: The leaves emerge from the ground in February-March. Elegant green, long stems erect and form small tufts. Each plant bears a single flower.

Blooming: It takes place in April and lasts about two weeks. The same day flowers are bright colored. The creamy white petals contrast beautifully with the bright orange. Cut flowers are slightly fragrant.

Soil: This plant is hardly demanding. However, it prefers well drained soil and cool temperatures in winter and spring. Clay soils rich in humus are perfect. It does not require fertilizer. Fresh manure is also recommended for all bulbous plants.

Exposure: It likes sun and partial shade.

Climate: These plants are very hardy and acclimate to all regions.
Resistance: The bulbs and flowers never get sick. Only bulbs stored in a place which is too wet may have traces of mold.

The Struggle of Separated Fathers after Divorce

The psychological consequences of an unwanted separation from the wife and children are extremely varied. Some men (40%) attempt to reduce the emotional impact or eliminate it by consuming alcohol, often very shortly after the separation. An important and more helpful strategy is talking to friends. It has been proven that 83% of men find this very helpful. The support of the family is also very important. Counselors and therapists also offer appropriate assistance. Over 50% of men consider physical activities to be very helpful, while 45% find the way out by making new acquaintances and building new friendships. Contacts with self-help organizations and exchanges with fellow separated fathers have also been described as very important. These activities have all been described as helpful strategies to overcome the emotional shock caused by separation.

Abandoned fathers develop different long-term reactions. Many men deal with the horrible feeling of uncertainty, while others improve their emotional situation by building new partnerships. They also experience different feelings towards their separated wives: there are increased conflicts when visits are paid or child support payments dominate the picture. 95% of abandoned fathers have more contact with their children.

Here is an example of what an abandoned father feels like: "My low spirits get lower and lower every day because I think about my kids... I think about them all the time. I get to see my daughter from time to time. My visiting time is three hours and then I must wait another two weeks to see her. That is very sad... I cannot get used to it..."

79% of fathers report that they are having difficulties coming into contact with the mother and child. 76% of them admit that they are in conflict with the mother for the visitation rights. 83% fear the distance that can be created between them and their children. 12% of men distance themselves from their children because it hurts to always have to say goodbye. 89% of fathers feel abandoned, but choose not to attend any family events. 97% of disputes are over child support payments. Some of the men feel that the current legal situation favors the divorce plans of the wives and work to the detriment of abandoned fathers. Only 13% of the abandoned fathers state the following: "My ex-wife and I have now found a reasonable way to talk to each other".

image of divorce.
Disagreements between parents are often caused by the child support payments and visitation rights.Always try to seek divorce advice from an expert. Here are a father’s experiences: "I asked Claudia’s mother if I could pick her up next Friday at 2 o’clock because I wanted to take her to the circus. She said no! We had a little talk. Then I asked if I could take her on Saturday or Sunday and she said that the visiting hours were clear: every Friday from 3 to 6 o’clock. I told her I knew but I was wondering if I could make an exception this time. She said I had to pay the maintenance and then we would see..."

Many abandoned fathers (85%) experience an extreme form of suffering on traditional family occasions like Christmas, birthdays and wedding anniversaries. A separated father said: "I had never taken the kids with me in December... This is why Christmas was usually so disappointing for me... However, I got them this Christmas... I played Santa Claus over the entire Christmas Eve. I usually did that only for distraction... I was alone. I had no contact with my parents, nothing. As you can imagine, I usually wasn’t responsive anymore around 9 o’clock in the evening. The worst thing for me was that I spent almost 1,000 EUR on Christmas gifts for my three children and not even one of them called. Not one..."

Another father saw his upcoming birthday and wedding anniversary: "Tomorrow we would have celebrated my 38th anniversary... I would have celebrated my eleventh wedding anniversary... and that obviously hurts a lot. I cannot celebrate my birthday with my wife any longer. It hurts because the two special days coincided. I believe this is a day I will never forget in my life... I will most probably have to get used to the pain..."

Separation can also affect the professional capacity of the affected men. Actually, this happens in 73% of cases. A father said: "I really could not get myself together. I just went to work and sat there in front of the computer and the hundreds of folders and didn’t know what to do first. I didn’t know if that would last for a day or two weeks. In the end, it lasted for about three weeks."
