The Melon Medley recipe

 

Melon Medley is a wonderfully refreshing alcohol-free cocktail that contains melon pulp.
Ingredients
- 60 g of watermelon pulp

- 8 cl of orange juice

- 1 cl of lemon juice
Preparation
Put 4-6 ice cubes in a blender and pour the orange juice over them. Then add the melon pulp and the creamy cocktail. Then, pour the finished cocktail into a chilled highball glass and serve.

The Yamster drink

 

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of strawberry tea

- 1 teaspoon of citron tea

- 1 small tangerine

- 1 lemon

- Soda

- Sugar
Preparation

Pour 1 1/2 teaspoon of citron tea in a 0.3 l plastic cup and fill it with tap water. Then, stir the mixture until red. Squeeze the tangerine and add the juice into the cup. Fill a small cup of coffee with lemonade and slowly pour it into the plastic cup. (This produces the desired foam) Then, add a teaspoon of sugar.

Choose the Best Cocktails

Pisco Sour 

 

5 cl of Pisco

3 cl of lemon juice

1 bl of powdered sugar

1 dash of Angostura
Alcohol: 25%

Quantity: 9 cl
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Drip Angostura onto the drink.

Pink Gin 

 

5 cl of dry gin

3 dashes of Angostura
Alcohol: 40%

Quantity: 6 cl
Preparation:
Swing out a cocktail glass with the gin and bitters in the glass.

Planter's Punch 

 

3 cl of white rum

3 cl of dark rum

3 cl of lemon juice

4 cl of orange juice

1 cl of sugar syrup

1 cl of grenadine
Alcohol: 15%

Quantity: 15 cl
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in the shaker together with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish the glass with orange and/or lemon.

Prairie Oyster 

 

1 cl of olive oil

2 bl of tomato ketchup

1 egg yolk

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

2 dashes of Tabasco

3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Alcohol: about 0%

Quantity: 5 oz
Preparation:
Put some olive oil into a cocktail glass, add ketchup and put the egg whites gently into the glass. serve the drink with a small spoon and a glass of water.

Pussy Foot 

 

1 egg yolk

3 cl of lemon juice

1 cl of grenadine

6 cl of pineapple juice
Alcohol: about 0%

Quantity: 9 cl
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in the shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass. Decorate the glass with a pineapple slice.

Rusty Nail 

 

4 cl of Scotch

2 cl of Drambuie
Alcohol: 40%

Quantity: 6 cl
Preparation: 
Mix the Scotch and Drambuie in a glass with ice cubes.
