Kidney tea - good for bladder and kidney function

A kidney tea is a herbal mixture which has positive effects on the kidneys and bladder activity. Kidney tea mixtures consists of several herbs such as nettle , dandelion, fennel and peppermint. These have strongly diuretic effect. They promote the excretion of urine and self-cleaning of the body parts.

Kidney tea stimulates the metabolism to increase kidney and bladder function to accumulate the body excrete toxins and waste products. Because of its properties, it should not be regarded as normal kidney tea everyday drink. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor to avoid unwanted side effects.

Nettle:

Nettle as an ingredient in kidney tea purifies the blood due to its diuretic and detoxifying agents. Furthermore, the nettle has a stimulating effect on metabolism and digestion. The above characteristics make nettle an important component in weight loss.
Fennel:

Fennel tea has a supportive effect on the digestive system for indigestion and flatulence. In addition, fennel has an anticonvulsant effect against painful contraction of the bladder.
Peppermint:

Peppermint is the stimulating ingredient in kidney tea. It has a purifying, soothing and anti-inflammatory effect. It dissolves cramps and helps to relieve painful bladder spasms.

Take two to three teaspoons of renal tea mixture and pour it on with a quart of boiling water. Let the tea cool down for 10 minutes before drinking it.

Kidney tea should, as already described, be used for short periods of acute symptoms or as part of a temporary diet.
